The Farmglade Group, founded in the 1990s by Chairman Frank Burke, consists of a number of privately-owned companies that comprises three divisions:
Acquisition and Planning;
Development; and
Investment.
Alongside the expansion of its commercial and residential investment portfolio, the Farmglade Group has developed an outstanding reputation as a niche property developer that works in close consultation with the local community, as well as other stakeholders, to enhance the character and value of our land and properties.
Finding the solution implicit in every challenge
Chairman's Statement
My passion has always been land and development.
After thirty-five years as Chairman of one of the UK’s most successful specialist trade contractors working on a number of outstanding projects for MACE, Lend Lease, Skanska and Westfield, I sold my interest in 2013 to allow me to focus wholeheartedly on the continued success and expansion of The Farmglade Group.
At Farmglade, we always seek to find the solution implicit in every challenge by adopting creative thinking. We are highly astute in assessing development risk alongside investment potential and combine a selective use of gearing to achieve optimum growth. We are passionate, commercially minded people with a commitment to quality and excellence. It is this approach that has seen the expansion of our property portfolio and development of our reputation for overcoming challenges in the development process.
Over the next five years, our mission is to consolidate and enhance our portfolio; oversee the development of a number of our planning successes with joint venture partners who share our vision and ethos and continue to find profitable development acquisitions and property investments.
